Joana Bontempo conversou com o Valor Internacional na semana passada sobre o DIP financing que a GOL está buscando em sua restruturação judicial nos Estados Unidos. Ela destacou que a objeção apresentada pelos detentores de títulos com vencimento em 2026 provavelmente resultaria em um acordo com a GOL.

Como esperado, a empresa fez um acordo com os detentores de títulos para evitar litígio e obteve ontem (28/2) a ordem final autorizando o DIP.

Joana Bontempo talked to Valor International last week about the debtor-in-possession financing (DIP) that GOL is seeking under its Chapter 11. She pointed out that the objection filed by the holders of bonds maturing in 2026 would probably result in an agreement with GOL.

As expected, the company has settled with the bondholders to avoid litigation and obtained yesterday (28/2) the final order authorizing the DIP.
